System Architecture

The System Architecture makes it simple to maintain database content, import data, share files, manage projects and assign tasks.

The software is designed to be intuitive in that users will not need to Map data, rather the system is designed to receive data in preformatted tables making it easier to maintain the data integrity.

Files generated by the software are stored, automatically named, reports generated and readily available after saving.

Task Management

Task Management is primarily managed through the Integrated Task Management System, however some functions (of task) can also be accessed via the Navigation Panel.

Tasks ensure that files are never lost, nothing is forgotten, and that the “Project Plan” Timeline is being met.

Database Management

Our Data Preparation Tools allows direct Database Access (By User Access Rights) in order to prepare and manage the database.

Software Features Include:

  • Direct Image Up-Load, Edit / Rotate / Crop
  • Alternative Barcodes, Product Images and Dimensions
  • Test or New Item addition (Items Not Carried)

File Sharing

  • Store all your files on the cloud in your own private folder.
  • Access your files from the Navigation Panel
  • Share a Folder with another user for shared file access
  • Upload, Download or simply view files.

Easily Setup Projects, Assign Categories and users, then track the progress of Projects real time. – See Task Management

Custom built Processes are pre-defined to complement the Category Management Process

Data Imports

Data imports are simplified using the CR Solutions System.

From the Data Import Module, select the file type you are importing. Download a Template. Add the data. And Upload.

The system will Automatically check the file integrity and then import the file.

Data Imports can also be integrated directly to your own system databases and automated should this be required, thus keeping both systems in-sync as decisions are made.
